As a professional HVAC company, we are focused on providing the finest service for our customers. That means not only offering highly skilled and experienced technicians on every job, but also installing the best comfort products possible. That is why we are proud to be an official Daikin Dealer—the only one in this service area—and certified Daikin Comfort Professionals.

Daikin is one of the world’s leaders in indoor comfort and has been for many generations. Aside from Daikin’s many technical innovations, both residential and commercial, what sets the company apart from its competitors is its Comfort Promise and excellent limited warranties. We’ll explain both in more detail below.

The Daikin Comfort Promise

The Daikin Comfort Promise provides you with the assurance that your certified Daikin Professionals will see to all your needs and get the job done right. If a Daikin Comfort Professional does not meet your expectations within one year of the installation of your equipment, you only need to contact them and ask them to honor the Daikin Comfort Promise. The Daikin Comfort Professional will come back to your home and take care of any issues you have regarding the installation—all without cost to you. A Daikin Comfort Professional who does not live up to the promise is at risk of losing their certification to sell and install Daikin Products.

The Daikin Warranty

Daikin’s product warranties are the best in the HVAC industry. Where most brands offer a 10-year warranty on the compressor and parts, Daikin offers a 12-year warranty, a 20% increase. You only have to fill out an online registration within 60 days of the installation.

Comfort Zone Heating Cooling Plumbing is an official Daikin Dealer serving Cartersville, GA and throughout North Atlanta. Call our customer service specialists at 770-213-COOL (2665) and let us know how we can help you.
